- You want to capture the exterior features of your property before they’re buried in snow

Here’s the plan:
- We take magazine-worthy exterior photos and drone photos when the fall colours reach their peak so that your property’s outdoor features can be seen and the neighbourhood can be showcased
- Our photographer holds onto the photos until you’re ready to list your home for sale
- Shortly before listing, our photographer edits the fall photos and comes back to your property to take interior photos and new exterior winter photos (ideally right after a fresh snowfall)
- All of the photos will be included in your home’s listing so that buyers get a full understanding of everything your property offers

Will I be asked to make any kind of verbal or written commitment?
No, this is a no-obligation service to you! You will not be asked to commit to using our listing services.
Is there a deadline that the photos have to be used by?
No, there’s no deadline to use the photos.
Will you send me the photos after they’ve been taken?
The photos will only be professionally edited once you’re ready to list but if you’re really curious to see them, we can arrange to have some unedited previews sent to you.
What if I decide not to sell this winter?
No problem! We don’t believe in trying to convince people to move! We’re here to help you whenever you decide that the time is right. We’ll hold onto the photos and we’ll be here to take new ones as your property evolves.
